Long-Term Self-Exclusion
If you are concerned about your gambling behavior and need a longer break, you can request self-exclusion for six months or longer.
Once self-exclusion is activated:
✔ All associated accounts will be closed as per our User Agreement and applicable regulations.
✔ Your account will be locked with no option for early reactivation.
✔ After the exclusion period ends, you can request account reactivation, but a mandatory 24-hour waiting period will apply before access is granted.
✔ Additional identity verification may be required before your account is restored.
Please note that processing a self-exclusion request may take up to 48 hours.
We will also ensure that your details are removed from our marketing database within two days of activating self-exclusion and take all reasonable steps to stop sending you promotional content.
